The patient is contacted with the healthcare team who will carry out their treatment at the hospital or private clinic. Medical Treatments are carried out in the relevant hospital by accredited, high medical technology and professional doctors.

CULTURAL AND TOURISTIC PACKAGE

Optional extra touristic trip packages are offered by the patients and their relatives, organized by Pharmackt Health if requested, trip details and pricing are prepared according to the budget and demands of our patients and submitted to their approval.

DISCHARGE AND AFTER THE PROCESS

All necessary organization is made by Pharmackt Health for the patients to leave the hospital on the day they are discharged. Before leaving the hospital, patients are informed about their control appointments and post-operative care. The transfer of the patient to the airport is carried out free of charge.

 THE PROCESS AFTER LEAVING TURKEY

After our patients return to their countries, they are always followed up by Pharmackt Health for their post-treatment care, questions and opinions.

  • The patient sends his problems and medical documents to us, and then these documents are sent by us to the hospital or the doctors of the contracted health institutions.

  • The hospital or physician informs Pharmackt Health about the proposed treatment or medical intervention.

  • Our team provides the patient with estimated cost information about the possible treatment process in Turkey and the estimated costs for the treatment.

  • If the patient decides to take the recommended treatment in Turkey and a "medical visa" is required, the patient is informed about the visa procedures.

  • Upon the visa obtained, the patient's medical appointments are made and organized.

  • Pharmackt Health personnel; accompanies our patients in the desired foreign language. Patients are provided with 24/7 service; every stage of the treatment is followed by the doctors of the institution with which Pharmackt Health has a contract.
